Here are our current and recent home building projects from the past year. All homes are in Pensacola, FL and built with storm resistance in mind. Notice the hip roof structures which can save on home owners insurance costs. Inside the walls you will find threaded hold down rods that extend from the top of the wall anchoring it to the foundation. All windows and doors are missile D impact rated. We did not short change the homes on style with 42" shaker wall cabinets, granite countertops, delta faucet packages, and stainless steel appliances.
