This customer contacted us due to rot he discovered on an exterior brick wall. After some initial investigation it became apparent that he had extensive termite damage and water damage from improperly flashed windows. We ended up disassembling the entire wall; bricks, studs, headers. Everything. Then rebuilding it. We also replaced the suspect window with a high impact glass window and when we were finished its like it never happened. The customer was pleased and we got it done under the time estimate.
