2024 whole house remodel

This customer contacted us after they felt spongy floors on their piling house. They had undergone a full kitchen remodel just 7 years ago. After some investigation it became apparent nearly their entire subfloor had rotted due to moisture from under the house. Water vapors seeped through the batt insulation Kraft paper and over time just rotted it out. We demo'd all of the affected subfloor, finished floors, removed and preserved the cabinets, swapped out their old garden tub for a curbless walk in shower, repaired rotted wall sheathing, reframed walls, installed new subfloors and finished floors, closed cell spray foam insulation, reinstalled cabinets and tops. Very sizable project and lots of moving parts. We were able to get it done about a month sooner than originally estimated.
