This customer desired to have some privacy added to their carport in the form of custom made louvered panels. This addition gave them the function they desired as well as added beauty to their already gorgeous waterfront home. They also added an aluminum gate for added security in their absence.
During the project they also added under deck waterproofing to the scope. They had trouble with water leaking into their garage from the deck above. We added the waterproof panels in the joist bays that drained into a gutter and downspout vented to the exterior. Turned out wonderful and the customer was very pleased.
