Smaller Projects

In 2024 we completed several smaller remodel/repair projects. There was a roof leak underneath a roof top deck. We removed deck framing members, repaired the leak, repaired the deck, sheetrock, insulation and paint in the bathroom below. This customer had a run of bad luck with unlicensed contractors and we were glad to help her fix it for good.

We also installed a vinyl picket fence and screened in porch on a beautiful North Hill home. Afterward the owner commented on how much she enjoyed having morning coffee on her front porch without dealing with mosquitos. Their several Yorkee pups could also roam in the yard without a leash now that they had a vinyl picket fence to contain them.

Another customer wanted to waterproof the underside of the deck over her garage and install an aluminum gate across their carport. We also custom built privacy louvered panels that we installed on the side of the carport.
